Its an AWESOME area for a ride. . . although, i dont think riding down the near vertical 300ft rock face of Burrington Combe is a great idea for the faint hearted! Black Down is ACE. . . :D

Had a look yesterday & i reckon its do-able - not fast - but i reckon you can roll down. Hoping to have a go in a few weeks time. Full face helmet & body armour compulsory methinks. . . Anyone fancy having a go at it? :D

Before this turned into a GT/Triple Triagle thread, I cant believe that no ones mentioned the Giant ATX One! It had to be the first time you could buy a DH bike off the shelf & go & do a World Cup DH race on it & the bike was just the same as the pros. . . and at an affordable (£3500) price...

Thanks for that. I was going to put them on my single speeder which is currently running aluminium Mosso rigid forks. How much were they when they were new? These ones really are immaculate & as good as new - which is why £50 seemed fair?

A friend has offered me a set of Manitou Black forks. Apart from the fact that they have 100mm of travel i know nothing about these forks. Can anyone enlighten me? They are black in colour with gold anodised ally stantions & a steel steerer & disc brake only with lock out. Are they any...
