I'm already intending to take the XT cantilevers, rear mech, levers, (battered) Deore shifters, saddle, tyres and H-bars off but then thinking frameset, wheels and (not the original) cranks can go as one lot. Headshock still fine. Is a rolling chassis worth 80 quid? A bit more? A bit less?

Hope Hubs Retro or newer? I've 'a pair' of Hope hub'ed wheels. FIR rims, one ceramic, the other not. Rims tired but two Hope hubs are nice. Rear is threaded - not sure how may were ever made of the Hope rear single speed hub. Anyways - just mentioning.
