Ritchey are 32° — braking surface not great, few scoring marks, but not awful. FIR rims are 36° — braking surface better (but 4 too many holes!) :O)

I think, from trawling other posts, that this is a 2006 Blizzard. 853, hand-painted etc etc. Selection of parts, interesting in themselves; Suntour Thumbies, Middleburn cranks and rear hub, King Headset etc. Lots of pics here to hopefully show what's what. I'll keep the pedals and bottle cage...

Re: headset - brakes I've a 1 inch Ritchey Aheadset (think that's what it is) and a set of Ritchey V-brakes (only one set). Probably some Ritchey tyres too but I'd have to check the pile.

Found a 45 Found a 45, black/pebbles finish if that makes sense. No idea if it works but no corrosion around the (dead) battery. Any use? Don't want much for it. Biff

I've measured the width at 130mm, but it *might* be 135 (!) - I know, but bad eyesight today, I can't line anything up. Bearings are good (but not that 'ooh, that's so damn lovely' feel of perfectly lubed and sorted campag hubs can be. I'm assuming some tlc will get it back).

Includes shim for 1" forks. Marks on faceplate are just some sticker residue.

Pics and measurements, and pain... Ok, first thing... I think there is a tiny crack in one flange of one hub, the front one. Other than that all seems ok. Scrutiny done. No dates on any hubs that I can see. Front is 100mm (make sense?), rear singlespeed hub is 62mm flange to flange and 130mm...

Hope hubs (and attached spokes and rims) Some early Hope hub'ed wheels here. A front, a rear singlespeed and a rear with disc brake. Anything special here or just 'old wheels'? A Ritchey rim and the other two are FIR rims - one a ceramic. Nice, BITD...

Getting this out there. I've checked the best I can to confirm it's a Chorus rear hub. Certainly 8 speed. Omega clincher rim. Was £45, now £38 uk posted. Buyers and derision welcome...
