Re: 1994 Barracuda A2MS 12" framed complete bike - REDUCED
If freight isn't too prohibitive (to Australia), I may consider it for my wife.
Have you got a side shot of the Cuda?
I wouldn't necessarily call that a fat arse: I'd say it's more the painter's faithful reproduction of the wide angle lens distortion from the viewer's POV.
I've experienced that pose and POV on numerous occasions and the protrusion of the derrière would affect such a lens effect.
Just a quick follow up; The beast arrived last Tuesday and aside from the cracked MRP nylon roller and the disintegrating rubber stops on the forks, this thing is immaculate. Not a scratch or scuff anywhere. I'm absolutely stoked.
It's cute in its naivety and style. If someone did that to their own personal steed, I'd applaud them for it. But they're dreaming if they think it's worth anything remotely close to that figure to anyone else.
That it is. :)
RustyGold, I actually don't mind the wet bum look at work. And if it rains real hard, I just stick to a brolly and train. I have too many offs in the wet with my Xizang.
This is my commuter bike – 97 Xizang running Zipp 515 and an assortment of Coook Bros, Magura/Altek and XTR. Will be installing Altek lever/masters all round and braiding the lines after xmas...
Goes without saying, this is kept in the office.
The seller has ridden it just once and it's been a design studio display piece since. Hard to resist at that price so I bought it with my sisters shipping address.
Awesome, brings back fond memories; the 96 Montare was my first MTB as well.
Really drooled over the matt metallic grey finish and the yellow forks; I thought it was a killer colour combiination.
I was hoping to save up and get a pair of Judy SLs for it eventually, but the Montare got stolen...
