I know he took over from Reg C in 1970 but when did he start there? " Perhaps if you have a picture of your 1985 TJ Quick serial number, so as to compare as...

    Holdsworth Professional Track Frame?

The next one on the list (69573) is interesting too, track frame, Campag dropouts, but Mistral style Prugnat I head lugs. this also has the more typical 69 WO stay and integral bolt. Square fork crown on this one. Interestingly it has the same concave DO attachment and the stamping on the BB...

    Holdsworth Competition

I really don't think Roy Thame ever built any Frames. I believe he was just the "Boss"/owner. Tommy Quick built Frames for RT among others. Tommy was the head builder for Holdsworth after Reg Collard retired in 1970.

    Holdsworth/Tommy Quick

    531 forks - advice please

Re: I recently purchased an old Holdsworth 531db one side of the Fork was out 1/8th of an inch from the other. It took 2 of us over an hour in a proper fork jig to get both sides the same. Bullet proof is a vast understatement.

    Help with Holdsworth Frame ID

I have been eyeing this Holdsworth for awhile. It has been freshly repainted and new decals applied so no help there. Serial number is 67117k it has a sloping front fork. Beautiful wrap around seat stays and a brazed on center pull rear brake hanger. As far as my research goes it "may" be a 68...
