Possibly... would that be an issue do you think? The polished metal has held up well, but there is a bit of 'tarnishing' that I reckon would buff out with a bit of elbow grease and Autosol?

Hubs are in good/very good conditon, they spin smoothly (and forever it seems) with no grunchiness or noises to note, rims are true and appear to have plenty of life left in the braking surface. Not sure what spokes they're built with but they're a nice light set of wheels. Asking £100 for these...
