    Raleigh Criterum Triathlon 12

Yeah you're not wrong. Will be sourcing some in the next week or so. So far I have rode about 90 miles on this bike since I got it and it has been glorious to ride. The only changes I have made so fare are brake blocks, seat post and saddle. I had to change the seat post and saddle as I had...

    Raleigh Criterum Triathlon 12

Exactly what I thought bud. One on ebay now on a buy it now for £195. Few minor differences such as bar tape and saddle, and it has all it's decals. Think £195 is a bit steep though.

What would you do: team bike or replica?

Who cares? Really, it's not the bike that cheated. How can it be called cheating if everyone was doing the same? Surely it was just making things equal. For me I would go with bike 2 only because you want to use it everyday. If I bought bike 1 it would be to get it back to it's former glory...

Campag Veloce 8spd cassette jumping - NOW RESOLVED

Re: Campag Veloce 8spd cassette jumping - smallest 2 cogs I would have said worn chain (stretched), worn cogs or both. If the chain is worn or stretched you may well see gaps between the links and the teeth of your chain wheel. If that looks ok check for the same on the rear cogs you are...

That is fantastic. What a great Job. I will have to give Dave a visit with my old Raleigh Criterium Triatlon 12. Just need to source decals for it.

What is this - I want it!!

It's a nice bike but I am undecided on the rear wheel. It reminds me of some form of machinery from the Victorian era LOL Wonder how you would get a buckle out of it ;-)

    1986 Carlton Carrera 531c

Brake cables ..... left or right ?

I have always had Left/Rear, Right/Front. I remember a friend of mine buying a Mountain Bike through an EU store and having it shipped over. On his first ride out he mentioned he would have to switch the brake cables round because he kept forgetting they were opposite to what he was used to. To...

I would also say Bianchi, even the number on the top of the seat tube points in the Bianchi direction.

Re: Shimano 105SC Parts Shimano 600 Levers Dura Ace 1st Gen No worries, I had a feeling they would be short. Shame as I am looking for long. Thanks for getting back to me. Back to the hunt.
