This may seem like a daft question, but having measured the head tube, it's coming up at 1 1/8th, does this mean i need a 1 inch for or a 1 1/8th inch fork, because once i fit the headset it will make the hole smaller.......obviously.

So my RC200 frame has arrived. But so many options, do I 1, Leave it as is, gun metal but a bit bruised looking 2, Shot blast and polish 3, Shot blast and have it re-anodised 4, Powder coat or paint, Then do I go retro build, M900 on V brakes, or discs and more modern kit? Also can anyone...

New frame has not arrived yet, but I could well be interested once it arrives

Yes, I asked about that, and he was in the process of stripping when he took the photos, but now all removed, so its just a bare frame.

I have just bought a Pace RC200 I am looking for some pace forks, RC30s would be nice, some Maguras, old (period) XTR, hope/mavic/ringle period wheels etc, all parts required. 8)

Hi, I am interested in some of the bits, where are you located? If I had not just bought a Pace RC200 I would have had the frame too :x

I missed out on the Kona, but I have found something else, a Pace RC200, always wanted one as a young teen, but now pushing 40, I have a little more disposable income to play with so, as far as I am concerned the RC200 was the holy grail, along with the merlin titanium. So for now, happy...
