    I have a Raleigh Pioneer Metro LX frame in 21”, not that Retro but a nice 6061 tubed frame. I have all the parts to build it up too. Just stripped another bike down and all the bits will fit including Suntour sus fork. You’ll just need inner gear and brake cables, or I can build it up for you...
