It’s a triple chainset, grannie ring is a 22tooth. Rigid Fork would not cost me much and if anything, I’d sell cheaper as I could sell the sus fork separately. I honestly think you need to buy a bike you like and then make the odd change you want/need.

I’ll shorter the chain by a few links, cut the excess cable ends off, remove some grease from the bearings and let some tyre air out if it helps? 🤪

Steerer is 190mm, does that rule them out? With working lockout. Bit of wear to each stanchion, I’d still use them just no build planned.
