It's looking at around the 21lbs mark. It's certainly not Superlite, but i would expect the weight makes about zero difference to me. If i ate correctly, used proper hydration techniques, then maybe the bike weight could shoulder some blame.

Used matching front and rear wheels. Mavic X517 rims, Hope hubs in blue. Unfortunately i don't know what the spokes are; i can't claim to have specced these. I'll throw in some skewers, look a lot more used than the hubs, but fully functional Ti versions. Single speeding means these aren't right...

Using a campy and shimano as my examples of ISO and JIS. It is dimensionally similar to the Shimano. ie. the very end of the spindle measures that same across the flats. The Campy is smaller. So i'm guessing it's JIS. Hope this is the answer you're after.

How about a SID with the old 1" Judy bolt on crown conversion. Not sure how much height this "gains", but my '98 SIDs were definitely looking shorter with this arrangement.
