Nice 1 inch threaded p2 fork, 18cm of steerer - 32mm of which is threaded. These came from a 19 inch 1988 Cinder Cone, so are the early, 395mm a-c forks, no marking to steerer. Spinner stamped drops. They've been black powder coated at some point, which is ok aside from the usual scrapes and...
