as the runners where the canti cables go will not accept the outer cable end that is needed to run V brakes, i'm sure it could be modified or bodged but i really don't want to do that, would rather stick with the cantis and get new levers...... shame as i would have loved the DXs on, always...

not really mate, i'd take what i paid for them, i'm not up for making money on them at all just changed my plans now i know they will not fit on my frame properly and want my money back. Was expecting offers to be honest. you never get full asking price for anything on forums. Cheers

was having a look at the bike last night and was wondering how the rear v brake will fit, it's not got a hanger for a cable to fit if that makes sense? It's got cantis at the moment, how do i get around this? Any ideas? Cheers
