Awesome bike! I own the same model, it is my second Pantera too. Both my current and my original back in '93 had the same silver U brake and specifications, same size and colour.

So I have bought a seatpost clamp today which is a 28.6 dia. tried to fit it and it doesn't, just a little bit too small and I don't want to force it. So does anyone know the actual seatpost clamp size for a 1992 GT Bravado, or does anyone have a GT seatpost clamp to sell to me?

I'll bear that one in mind, thanks!

I agree, it was only when I put it on the bike that I realised it was too high, but I'll keep looking for other suitable stems.
