HI, I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me ID this bike frame. It has campag dropouts, chrome stays and forks, 65mm BB shell and ornate lugs frame number 4462, (I think the last digit is a 2) I am planning on restoring it and using it for some classic sportives. Many thanks...

I am a newbie and i am looking to do events such as the leroica brittania etc. just wondered what people would recommend between the vitus or the mercian, i have a 70's nuovo record groupset but cannot make up my mind wether to go for the 73 Mercian or 78 vitus. Thank you
