My old bike hardly qualified as a track bike, one of those cheap fixies you get that I just slammed some drops on, it wouldn't be worth the repair costs! It did do its fair share of track racing and got some podium places I will give it that.

Re: I've only gone and built an unknown bike :rolleyes: Centrepull breaks, Barend shifters and the frame geometry tells of touring bike... But there are no mounts for panniers or mudguards. I agree it's probabally a custom build/small shop batch. Lovely frame though, love those stronglight...

Don't worry, seatpost, saddle and wheels will be sorted in due time. I just couldn't resist riding it!

So, stuck some old bar tape on, front wheel and put a good ride into the bike. Feels really nice, very smooth and comfy yet stiff and responsive. The longer stem and wide bars have made the handling superb and make the bike actually fit me comfortably. Unfortunately on the really steep hills...
