    Intense Spyder

Dream bike for me with some nice (albeit faded) bits on, optimistic price, perhaps starting high? https://www.ebay.com/itm/265622257130?hash=item3dd851fdea:g:TqYAAOSwz9Rhyon3

Nice bikes and story! Cool to see a pair of Yetis in a non-standard colour, especially together like this.

    Wanted Fox air fork

Thanks for replying, the bike currently has a Rock Shot Recon Race (quite similar to the Reba I think) on it, but I prefer Fox forks which is why I'm really looking for a Fox model. Cheers

    Wanted Fox air fork

Thanks for the link. I agree good price but they’re going on an fs frame so unfortunately 80mm is too little travel.

    Wanted Fox air fork

Hi, looking for a Fox Float/F100 fork: • 26" • 100mm travel minimum • 9mm QR axle • 1 1/8 straight steerer (min. 180mm long) I'm in Sweden so would prefer to buy from EU countries but for the right fork I'll be willing to suck up the VAT if shipped from the UK ;) Cheers!

    Super right Superlight

Re: Cheers! As said I'm impressed so far, having owned a few linkage bikes it's nice to have something so simple that does the job done just as well. I'm from Beds :D living in Sweden now though.

    Super right Superlight

Just put together my first Santa Cruz. Started with an ebay frame, added fairly modern entry level drivetrain/brakes/wheels from a local police auction bike and then finished it off with a few parts from the spares box. Simple, reliable, cheap and perfect for an all-rounder that I can also...

marin pine frs not for the purest among us ;)

Re: Nice work! 8) Although personally I'm a big fan of the grey/silver of '93 Marins I think your interpretation looks great and fits in with the Marin brand at the time.

    Schwinn Straight 6 -97

Re: Beautiful! Looks great in the snow too. Good choice of components, the XTR chainset really sets it off, is it a catalogue build?

Cycling Weekly June 11 1994 - Cap d'Ail Grundig Downhill

Re: These are great thanks for uploading :D A remarkable period in mtbing, crazy downhill suspension designs, huge chainrings and raceline brakes. Still freaks me out how they rode DH on those flimsy forks! Jurgen’s Manitou is especially cool.

    1998 Specialized Rockhopper 13"

Looks great! 8) Love tiny Specialized frames, they’re a lot of fun. I’ve got one myself that has seen many different builds, this one had 700c wheels and a friction shifter (the chain was lengthened after the photo!)

Furthest distance you would travel ...

Re: I once drove 350 miles to pick up a terrible Itera plastic bike for a friend. Started off in drizzle that ended up turning into a full-on blizzard the further north we got. Darkness fell, the snow got worse and the roads got smaller. Just a couple of minutes from our destination and without...

Yeti Lawwill - Team issue frame

Pricey (especially with shipping + tax to UK/EU), but what a cool frame - still regret selling mine... Interesting that it has a Jason McRoy tattoo sticker, someone must know some history of it. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1997-Yeti-DH ... SwiYleb-g~
