Have you tried a plumber wrench? If you manage to get it out, don't forget to apply anti-seizing compound.

I have recently bought a 1979 Gazelle Tour l'Avenir in pretty good shape. After checking the parts i noticed it has a 26.4 mm seatpost. The standard is 27.2 diameter, so does someone know what is the correct diameter for this bike?
