    1996 Judy XC rebuild - FINISHED (page 7) 30/05/12

I did read from some forum stating that newer Judys (1 piece lower legs) uses a different seal, which is why the Enduro seal for Judy forks will not work on the early 95/96 Judy. There's very little information about the seals compatibility, so I took a gamble, and I "lost the bet". Maybe I...

    1996 Judy XC rebuild - FINISHED (page 7) 30/05/12

I bought the 28mm from ebay. The inner diameter (28mm) fits the stanchion perfectly. However, no matter how hard I try to fit into the fork, it just won't fit as it is just a little too wide. I'm not sure if I didn't try hard enough, since the Enduro seal guide did mention that seals are...

    1996 Judy XC rebuild - FINISHED (page 7) 30/05/12

It's too wide... Didn't know that the newer Judy forks have bigger outer diameter seal. Looks like it is impossible to find the right seal for the older Judys.

    1996 Judy XC rebuild - FINISHED (page 7) 30/05/12

Since we are on this topic, I was having problem trying to replace the seal kit with the "current" Samurai version and it seems like it is too big to fit my Judy SL 95/96 with removable canti brace. Do they match?

    Rock Shox Judy Service question

I'm not sure about refilling the oil as I just bought a Risse cartridge. For the elastomers and stanchions, use teflon coated grease like Judy Butter or something like these. Remember to grease the bushings too. http://www.enduroforkseals.com/id80.html

    Rock Shox Judy Service question

I have removed the circlip, but I still can't really tell the difference, definitely can't find the sharp edge side. But I do noticed that 1 side is flat, and the other is slighly convex. Am I missing something?

    Rock Shox Judy Service question

Sorry for digging this thread, but the instruction by FluffyChicken, "bit of WD40, then sharp, hard hits from a hammer.." finally released the dummy leg, after a lot of full force blows! The reason for the stuck lower leg is actually caused by the dummy leg end. Just compare both the dummy leg...

    RockShox Judy 1" steerer

I've just measured again, looks like it's closer to 140mm. But if there's no threaded tube, I might have to switch to threadless setup. So now I will consider both threaded and threadless. Anyone out there?

    RockShox Judy 1" steerer

Yeah, we are kind of used to paying the shipping cost more than the item itself. But fork shouldn't cost that much I hope. You can make the packaging smaller by removing the crown. Anyway, what do you have with you?

    RockShox Judy 1" steerer

Is it cost issue or something else? Maybe I can get someone from UK to ship it to Malaysia...

    RockShox Judy 1" steerer

I'm looking for a Rockshox Judy with 1" steerer. If it's threaded, preferably around 130mm length. If unthreaded, any length will do. I'm also interested if you have just the Judy 1" crown.
