i purchased a raleigh record sprint that has the gold weinmann brake calipers on, i would like to know if i purchased some old campagnolo record brakes that have the bolt all the way through like the weinmann ones.... would i be able to take the long bolt out and put it into the campagnolo...

i have finally got my son to like cycling and he has now asked to build a bike as a "school holiday project", superb a father and son job we can do!! so i am looking for a set of wheels and a crankset? (im just starting to learn about bikes), just some to get us rolling so we dont want to buy...

i do like these "panasonic" raleigh's, i have a 501 for my son that i want to work on but im currently doing a banana for myself as i have found cycling is helping with my ibs..... strange but true. after i have done those then i will be doing my youngest sons record sprint hence why i like...
