After stripping down my bike I have found that the front's have some teeth missing and the rear cassett is quite rusty... The bike is a 21sp and what i would really like to know is can i just buy any 7 sp rear cassette to replace it or are they specific? And also same question for the front's...

Thanks I did build it 13 years ago but everyone has likes and dislikes ? Can honestly say I have never purchased anything for my bike from Halfrauds but hey any advice I will take on board. I do really want to get rid of the gripshift though !! One question though has anyone used Magura...
