    well you convinced me - 8 speed c records bought today i suspect the theme of the bike will end up all mid 90's c record - but will take longer than anticipated to finance / build! going to have a play with what wheels / cassettes i've got to start off with.

    Cool - really want a c record crank (personally the most desirable lump of alloy ever made for a bike) but crave more modern gearset to make it more user friendly.

    unsure to be honest - not too struck on the original colours but i'll see if tehy grow on me and get it touched up probably (surface rust on teh top tube) I used to have a pearl dark pink harry hall (way back) done similar to the old pinarello advert...
