Touchup 92 Kona Explosif Pro? Chainstay Protector? Leave it?

I'm trying to figure out what to do with the green part of frame, particulary chainstay area although back end has quite a few scratches.. Believe it or not, this is an original Kona paint job. Kona doesn't have any lime green touch up, I thought they would since a fairly recent Kona Unit was...

    Teesdale Hot with BIN $550

Anthony may be referring to me, I received a couple of emails from Tom when I was trying to figure out what the T in my Explosif Pro serial number was all about. I don't think Tom will mind me posting his response. This is straight from my mail file. Dan Thanks for the email. As far as I...

    European Steel or American Alloy

    98 Explosif

I had a 98 explosif and it was the best bike I ever had. Mine was a 19 and I really needed an 18, so I wasn't comfortable doing any gnarly riding, but I still loved it. It just had a magic feeling. You saw the bumps, but whenyou went over them you hardly felt them. Magic.

    Kona Blast

If the outline of those decals glow in the dark, it's a 2000.

    Kona Blast

Off the top of my head I'd guess that's a 2000. Nice bike.

Starting Early 90's Kona Explosif restoration

Ok I'll try again with pictures. Hi, first post. Just picked up this bike from original owner, he thought it was a 91 but wasn't sure. Custom paint job. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with it. The paint isn't too bad except for the green section, I'm thinking about just getting that...
