If that giant wheel isnt wanted, how much would postage be, and does it have v brake surface?

Just brouhgt a old rockhopper frame, it dosent have disc mounts but its made of A1 aluminum. Does anyone know where i cna get a set of rockhopper decals from? Thanks Jon
