    Blazing Saddles

Could be on the lookout for one of those cassettes then, have just bought a 6207 crankset with what looks like bronze coloured chainrings (biopace). Narrowed the saddle choice down to 2, a concor or a regal, both were similar in price range £65-£80, then found an absolute bargain, OnOne/PlanetX...

    Shimano Uniglide

@ deadrats, see post above, looks like I'm sorted, thanks anyway. @ forty45, as long as they're both the silver/grey versions and not the black I'll take both please, won't need a 21t now. Thanks.

    Shimano Uniglide

Hi guys, I'm looking for 2 or 3 uniglide sprockets (6200/6400 series) A 13t or 14t threaded (1st position/lockring) Then a 14t/15t (or both) And possibly a 21t. Will consider a complete cassette to break for parts. Sprockets need to have plenty of life left in them. Spacers would be helpful...

    Blazing Saddles

The B17 is a classic of any era, i'm going for a B17 Narrow in Honey for my current project (87 Raleigh Randonneur), but i'm going for something a bit more racey on the Dawes. :)

    Blazing Saddles

Thanks shinkicker.....don't mind a bit of bling.....gold livery and lugwork was standard on this bike and keep drooling at those gold anodised cassettes that Shimano did back in the 80's.....NOS imported from the capital of bling at about 100 dollars :-)

    Blazing Saddles

B17 on an Audax or Touring Bike of that era, most definitely, but this bike was originally built as a racer and had a generic Dawes saddle (Copy of the Concor?) Also Brooks only seem to do the Team Pro and the Swallow in White...which are both sold out and out of my price range :-(

    Dawes 531c........help needed

Thanks you two, some cracking detail pics on flickr, now i'm confused, Robbied's Imperial is the same colour as mine and a year newer, Biggsy's looks a bit older than mine (guessing from the 531 decals at very early 80's) but both have the same top tube decal 'Dawes Imperial' in a plain font...

    Dawes 531c........help needed

Thanks, appreciate that. The previous owners bought the bike in 88 at around 3 or 4 yrs old, so I think its prob an 84 model. I particularly need detailed photographs of the top tube 'imperial' decal and any decals on the seat tube.
