I run a pair of these with the integral bar ends as I suffer a bit from wrist pain - got to admit they are really really comfy (about two years experience with them). :D Don't like the way they look though :cry:

This is the key thing for me too - I run flats on my pub bike as I don't want to be hoobling to the bar wearing my cleated shoes. Tried straps once - fell over at lights :oops:
