Pleased with mine, after 6 months no problems (8 speed). Sometimes seems to be a little slow shifting 5th - 4th, but it's difficult sometimes to notice the shift as they're very smooth. Not sure the 11 speed is worth the extra expense? Interesting weight info here...

Update - completed When searching for something else, I came across a thread I started, so here are the 'finished article' pics. Really pleased with the Alfine, worked faultlessly so far. I have some RC31 forks on the way which may end up replacing the 'sturdy' dirt jump P2s.
