I know, the head angle is probably a bit steep. I have been pretty ill lately so I have had no chance yet to take it off road and have only used it as a grocery bike so far.

Recently I got hold of a syncros powerlite fork and fited it to a couple different frames but nothing felt right up until last week when I got a really good deal on a rm blizzard. I got it from the first owner and it had a mix of deore lx and xtr components. Its niw rebuild with deore xt m730/2...

It’s still a work in progress but this is what I have been working on the last couple weeks. At first I replaced the sti units for thumbshifters and the steerhorns for prohorns but I feel the steerhorns fit the bike better and wanted to give the stock shifters a chance. How are your shifters...

That looks more than amazing! I came across this thread because 2 weeks ago I got myself the same bike(size 46) but it was in quite the opposite condition of yours! Anyways such a coincidence that 2 of these bikes sold in a couple months (assuming yours is dutch as well).

I have a syncros crown but it has a 1 1/8” steerer. Maybe we can both get something out of a trade 😉

I dont believe there is such a thing. Correct me if I am wrong but the only mtb qr standard is 110mm. Tacing bikes use 100mm. Also I want to use xtm730 hubs

I have a pair of syncros powerlite legs that I want to bolt on a tange switchblade crown. However the tange crown is wider then the syncros. I know its possible to mod the fork legs by turning the dropouts from the outside to the inside. Does anyone know how to do this? Off course I could try...
