Respectfully, I think those XT shifter / levers are '095s, rather than '092s. The finest lever / shifter combo there ever was, IMHO. I've recently found some elsewhere otherwise I'd have snapped them up!

Thanks Claret Badger. Just spoken to Pace, ICYI they currently have stock of 1" to 1 1/4" and 1 1/8" to 1 1/4" but no 1" to 1/8" availablity atm. I'm on the lookout for the latter if anyone has one available.
