    advice needed from runners/joggers please

I'm with you. I don't enjoy it that much, but the gains in core fitness are massive. Have a look for a trainning schedule. http://www.runnersworld.co.uk/racing/fi ... /4521.html There are alot more than what's shown here, but find what suits you. Also think about breathing...

    advice needed from runners/joggers please

Okay, a good running shoe will help, but think before you buy. I had my pronation looked at and recommended a medium support shoe due to my over pronation (which most people have). After a couple of weeks i developed medial knee pain. Too much support. After that i looked into it a bit...

    Help identifying manitou sx forks

Pretty sure it's a 1997 Manitou sx (Ti version was red, i think). I had the Pro C version (black, lower down in the range) when they first came out. They were pretty easy to service from what i can remember. All of them had elastomer / coil combo. Don' t know if that helps any.

    Turbine spacers

I'm in need of these too. Thought it was 8.3mm I would be after. Also thought about getting someone to machine some for me. I don't fancy doubling up to size. Anyone know what the diameter of spacers are (internal and external)?

    26.8mm seatpost - cheap, please!

I've got one you can have. Kalloy, black (scratched to hell), 26.8, and i think it'll be okay for length too. Price of postage or anything you want to swap. Sound good?

    freebie music software - recommendations?

I guess not strictly free, but I've found some of the stuff you get on magazine cover discs can be good (computer music, future music, etc).
