EDIT: I have a Haro Extreme 1990 frame sorted, thanks to Al! So - piecing this together will be fun, but I have to start by looking for a set of straight blade forks - pref either in black or chrome, but will consider anything. I THINK I need 1.1/4", though unsure if they might be 1"... pretty...
