BB isn't much higher - a 26" with big tyres isn't too far a 700c with smaller ones, and if you are shortening the fork then sounds good.

Ha ha - I got a yes, but it's a 19", not an 18", so sadly I'm out.
I've had, and can ride both, but for a totally unnecessary bike I'd want it to feel that bit more playful, so it'd have to be a touch smaller for me.

My Montana Pro - picked up cheap on Gumtree and modified with a few bits out the stash in my garage. Actually bought the grips though!
Much nicer once the short, high rise stem disappeared.
Do like wider bars though - opens up whole new possibilities when it comes to hammering it!
Think I've got some schwalbe city jets or similar, but might be 1.5s. If you want fast, these look like a good buy at the moment though, assuming they really are 26"...

got a no-name carbon fork, but like the carboncycles/Exotic ones, but think they came specced on some higher end Diamond Back a few years ago. Straight carbon legs, alloy crown and dropouts. few cosmetic marks, mainly to the lacquer on the...
