To me this looks like a 1993 Miyata Elevation 2,000. Alumium lugs, aluminium tubing in front triangle and steel tail. US model, very rare in NL. It is a bit heavier than a Elevation 10,000, it doesn't look much different and it is more sturdy. For someone nearby it could be a nice project and...

Very nice. What you could try is first polish en wax the paint. Protect the exposed metal with a combination of Carpotech RX5 and clear enamel. If you do not like the result new paint is another option.

It is okay for me. The bike is a bit more racy than the average bike. A couple pics of the parts.

With the 600mm toptube and 140mm stem the cockpit is somewhat longer than I am used to with other bikes, but it still works for me.

I've heard of the brand, I do not know this model and I don't know whether it is any good, but what is obvious is they put some effort in it to make something special. With this routing it deserves gears imo.
