Fork rake with gentle curve looks like Mercian, as above the dropout treatment and the lugs are not typical SBDU. Seat stay caps do look a bit oversize though. Feathered shore lines on the lugs so deffo on the classier end...

Very smart, 60s given the style and fork rake I guess. Not sure why but reminds me of Pennine despite the lack of a picture of trees and mountains on the seat stay cap. Bit of a bargain really.

Could be the angle, looks like a Maxy ar similar which where notoriously sticky out lol

Can't remember anything like the freewheel in the last pic. I wonder how you get at the pawls / races..... From the back?

Should fit OK, I guess it's not titanium like the original. Just file it the same length, put a cone down the axle then undo it over the filed end to straighten any threads then remove any burs from the axle. Rather like threading down a crown race when shortening a steerer and then taking...
