Titus El Guapo (Even more Modern Content! Sorry again!)

Rides really nicely... It feels quite long and no super lightweight but is very comfortable and a blast downhill. Well worth a punt if you want something new yet very capable for a reasonable price :)

Titus El Guapo (Even more Modern Content! Sorry again!)

Really nice I must admit... Love the look of them and feel like Rocket Rons / Racing Ralphs as a close example if that helps at all... Quite close knobs in the middle so you don't get any real vibration on smooth stuff but with a little more shoulder grip than Racing ralphs. Cheers :).

Jody and bobcat thanks very much 8) The superstar grips cover most colours though aren't the best padded... Def prefer oury's for their cushioning.

Re: More modern carbon Really like what you've done with that! Looks awesome! And loving the skinwalls which really suit the all black set-up 8)

    Carbon 456

Had said how nice Steve's 456 was looking and this is too! Very smart 8) I've done similar on a few bikes ditching the front rings and just running a 36, although have gone up to a 38 on my carbon frame as I find it ever so slightly undergeared around London (ie not very hilly lol)....

Titus El Guapo (Even more Modern Content! Sorry again!)

Thanks Chris :). I agree, they are very good vfm and I was very surprised at just how good the quality was when I got it. And although it's no leightweight it really doesn't give that away when you're riding and feels incredibly direct... A keeper without a doubt 8) ... Think the only thing...

    2005 Turner 5 Spot - Finished update Pg. 3

Well while I was taking a few updated pics of the Titus today I thought I'd take a few of the 5 Spot's updates... All done over last summer, and been an absolute blast on and around the Epping forest trails. The tyres went on to do a long charity ride last summer but ended staying on and worked...

Titus El Guapo (Even more Modern Content! Sorry again!)

Well now the snow's virtually gone I thought I'd take a few snaps with a couple of little updates..... First being The Magura MT6 brakes which went on about a month after the bike was originally built up. First foray into hydraulics and VERY impressed with these indeed .... Next up are the...

    Ebay Carbon (Modern Content, sorry!)

Thanks chaps... Wearing slicks at the mo for a bit of winter road riding but it's a really nice ride. Very stiff and responsive... For the money the frame cost I'm over the moon 8)

    Michelin tyre advice

I'll have to keep an eye out for you if your around Epping or up n down the Lea? If you want to stick to Michelin could try the Dry2's... Not sure of the weight but I was using a set of the older grey compounds and they were really nice on hardpacked trails and canal paths... Wouldn't get to...

    Hydraulic Disc Brake Recomendations...

Will do 8). I've not had a chance to fit them with work etc but hopefully will get them on and in use in the next week or so. I've got quite long fingers and really liked that the MT's have a thick lever so already a plus point for me :)
