GIFFY! Thx mate. you guys really honestly helped keep this ol' bedframe on the road...and it its honestly loverly to ride, modern stuff works sooo well makes it a joy. Stoopid thing is, set it up gears with non-compression outers initially, but wanted the bars/stem higher -and that extra 1"...

Think may have gone the wrong way there ! Ooops. Steer left to go right type thing :) . . . Think the extra room in the inner is playing me, certainly work for a time until the cable wears through at different pressure contact points of the internal bends to metal... silly really, was 1" short...

Didn't know that was a thing - But may have done something similar without knowing... Ran out of gear outer cable, ...so used the wider lined brake outer cable everywhere -because to my simple head there'd be less friction.

Shima -gnolo works for me, but if spacing is too close at quick glance brain instantly registers word 'Shrimp' somewhere back there because the letter spacing is similar. Eye has an angle that ain't right and goes in for the more detailed look on second scan...still, can have a good play with...

With logo's have to be subtle at times -lot of it is very much to do with spacing. An example... 'therapist', as opposed to 'the rapist'...which is something very, very different.

There's a fine balance of Cleverness/nicking someone's intellectual property -CokedeCola scripted mugs are everywhere, is become totally acceptable to infringe copyright if yer being clever... for my part, couple of well designed logo's, given space around them to breathe can exude class... but...
