post is 390mm from end to clamp and about 330mm of usable pole and diameter is 34.9

Stem seems to be 90mm c2c and has a little rise its either 3 or 5 deg from looking at it though probably 5

just double checking here but what year(s) would a specialized mtb frame with chainstay u brake mounts be
