Thanks! What a mess! I'm in Chippenham Wiltshire. Where are you? Woodrup in Leeds is where your frame is, it is where my frame was supposed to be. I have tried to contact Parcelforce but we have to wait 2 days before they wake up! They must have placed the wrong labels to the wrong parcels at the depot. At least they arrived safely but at the wrong address.

Apparently it is a standard letter.
We have though pointed out their incompetence and told them to look at both complaint numbers.

If we don't get a message from them this morning we will contact them again. All 4 parties are now in contact with one another. I spoke to Kean yesterday and he seems to be a decent chap. I assured him that Woodrup will be looking after his.
the only people who haven't a clue seem to be Parcelforce.
Keep a note of all that you are doing in case we have to send Parcelforce a bill for our expenses.
