Fricking ouch! Saw a guy jump a red light once. Straight into side front wing of a car that was entitled to pull out. Nuts and pubis smashed - I bet his forks could have looked like that if I'd been able see through my tears of mirth

I'd be concerned about deformed a down tube...

I had a pretty big smash with a car as an early teen, bent the forks like that - it rippled the down tube just behind the head tube. It was an excuse to upgrade the frame though!

Tbh might not even be deformed to be fubar.
That level of impact stress could easily change the structure of the materials around the lower headtube/dt weld, leading the joint to crack without any visible deformation - and potentially little forewarning.
