I would have grabbed that but it's got no brake bosses on the rear stays so I am out.
Even though I have lived in Manchester best part of the last 30 years I have to say Harry Hall stuff is/never that good tbh

It's a U brake frame, under the chainstays.

blast from the past. was at uni when they moved to under the arches. spent way to long in both the former shop and the new one. Large percentage of my student loan went to them for various things.
