It's 17" - Raleigh didn't do a 15" frame. Steel frame. Check out the thumbies. Must be a challenge changing gear. Looks like someone put the bars back in the wrong way round. Screenshot_20250405_185642_Firefox.webp

🤔 Interesting way to mount thumbies....seems like a nice bike, I had the M-Trax Ti2000 back in the mid 90's. Only thing I didn't like about it was the straight handlebars.
