So, I've started preparing the bike for a coat of paint and found that one of the cable guides seems to have Campag written on it as well as the Columbus tubing mark just below the serial number on the fork steerer (as mentioned by @jim haseltine). The seat stay / seat tube clamp doesn't appear to be that common, nor does the cable routing through the frame. And a six digit numeric serial number?
