It's a Favorit F1 Super Special. What really threw me off was the metric sized tubing.

My 1989 Crescent Chess 92316 had sealed Shimano BB marked 1.370x24 but both cups were right-hand thread...

it was finished in a chartreuse flambouyant somewhat similar to "Legnano green" and fitted with all Favorit/ESKA bits
dropouts have a distinctive pebble grain surface
importer here in the states where am located was an entity called American Jawa Ltd based in Valley Stream New York, and later Plainview, Long Island, New York
they were a stockist for other Czech product lines such as Barum tyres, Brano chain hoists & pulleys, Velorex sidecars, Zator tractors & JAWA mopeds

the plant in Rokycany CZ which produced Favorit cycles also produced machines under the marques ESKA, JAWA, Pioneer, Rapido & Velamos
Pioneer marque employed for juvenile models
Rapido marque employed for practical adult transportation models of one-speed, three-speed planetary and five-speed derailleur drive trains
Velamos name used, like Favorit, for sports model bicycles

There is a Czech guy on YouTube that restores favourit bikes among others , well worth a watch ! just type in favorit restoration something should come up .
Crescent had French thread BB shells up until late '70s/early '80s; but I think they may have had some frames made in other countries that had BB shells not having French threads during the same time that French threads were being utilized on other frames. I pretty much assume that none of their frames utilized French threads after the mid '80s.
My early-mid '70s Favorite. Paint may not be original (seems kind of rough; but no signs of other colors) and thus the decals may not be correct to its model (unknown) year (need to check painted-over serial #) though I believe they are pretty close or are correct. It looks very similar to the "F12" model shown in a previous post, but is not identical (stay caps, rear derailleur, brake bridge, etc.). I have trouble believing the paint on the red example is original considering it appears to be of very high quality and the Favorit factory was not known for that level of finish.
Pretty much full Favorit/Eska components (originally, some Favorit parts have been restored to the frame since the photos were taken, i.e. crankset, stem. Headset and wheels are still non-original parts).

Nice concaves on the Favorit!
If it's original those decals are in really good condition, half of the Favorits I've seen locally had lost them. Really hard to tell the model with these, but I'd guess it's a F12 because of the pump mounts.
That's a cool Cresent in the background, 92319?
@SteelNipple I believe the Crescent is a 318 model, but it does not match the catalog. Many were built-up at shops and features changed slightly depending on who actually installed the componnents, as per anedotal evidence provided by a mechanic who did just that during the '70s. It has the same frame (531 db w/Nervex pro lugs) as the "Special" model (w/Camp. Nuovo Record group); but fitted more steel parts, and with Camp. Valentino mech group, Simplex/Stronglight crankset, Weimann brakeset. My favorite decals on any bike, although I like the Favorit
