Would you call wingnuts "quick release"? Only when you're doing about 40 downhill IMO.

One of my front panniers decided it was going to be quick release, one clip bounced off the low rider leaving the pannier to waggle on one clip in the breeze. I was doing about 30 downhill. I think a bit of poo came out, I can laugh about it now.
