It's a bit of a FrankenChopper.

All the promo video/photos show him with a stock MKll Chopper from the 70s. What he actually rode was a customised MKlV Chopper. The second re-release after the truly awful MKlll
A quick look reveals:
"standard issue" MKIV frame and forks
Wheels still the standard 20" & 16" size.
custom stem & bars for comfort/fit Paddy's large frame
Standard seat with custom long post to fit Paddy's height
Custom sissy bar with mini back rest for the "Chopper look"
