How Many Bikes Do You Think You Have Owned Over The Years….?

What a brain exercise! Not counting the BMX/kids bikes… 37 mountain bikes 41 road bikes 35 commute / funky builds 6 tandems 3 E bikes Oy, not counting team supplied bikes that I had to return. These are not quick turns for $$ or sales (it doesn’t count till you’ve racked up at least 500 miles...

Bonus? I worked in the Seattle shop (R&E Cycles) when this was new (friend but this baby) and they still have the original replacement drop outs. Can include a few of those if desired.

Included would be my Specialized (MKS) Direct Drive 3 pedals ( alloy cage, carbon body, titanium spindle, SBC...

For Sale Cleaning out the garage - ABM Breezer

Interesting what to many bikes in the garage will drive you to do. American Bicycle Manufacturing Breezer, Koski fork, Magura levers, Mavic ATB hubs (FW), XC Pro, XT cranks, SR Laprade post with Hite Rite. Set up as a Tringle w/ SunTour XC Pro shifter and frt derail, Alfine chain tensioner...

Dink around time in the garage…. Took off the Nitto drop bars and installed some north roads, basket and SunTour XC pedals. The French Nervar 46/30 cranks are kinda a wart but they totally work fine. “Gotta” find proper grips and some SunTour XC power retro friction shifters.

    1994 Norco Rampage

Had that bike when it was new. Ball inflation needle for the Mag21 was a not ready for prime time move. Tange Ultimate tubing was so nice. My Rampage was replaced with the silver TNT. Externally rifled Tange, complete first year XTR, Halson Inversion fork (serial #3). Norco gifted me the show...

Aren’t all bikes main purpose is to take you on an adventure?! Thought that was the whole point of those contraptions.

For Sale Scott Neva either frame only or with all bits as pictured

Yeah, perhaps not a URT but sure did ride like one in many ways. Stand = firm - sit = plush was definitely the calling card of this frame. Had one for 2 years and switched all of the XT/Judy DH parts to a new LTS. Bikes back then “looked” cool but rode so horribly bad compared to today’s...

Scott Neva full suspension bike frame

Way late to the party on this one but know that bike very well. Our shop carried Scott and I was gifted one from our rep. It was a Unified Rear Triangle (URT) that and when you were seated it compressed the top tube via the pivot @ front to make the rear extra plush (more so over a plain URT...

Documents from a 1956 Hercules imported from England to Philly. Had bike but gifted it to a shop many moons ago (where is that photo?!). Kept the paperwork and hangs in my work shop.
