The single speed isn’t my Mojo, the orange one at the top of the three pictures is.
And 8,4kg was full built as pictured, but with Ritchey Racing K 1.9.
The Mojo on the top uses a Ritchey Logic Prestige fork in 1". The bike is mine... Now it's build up differently. Th picture was taken when I built it up for the first time in 1995 weighing in at 8.4kg. The fork was short. 396mm I believe. It made the bike overly nervous, but quick.
Re:
Thanks for all the info, but the links in the post reply above give the same kind of shipping costs.
I asked the Dutch import trader, but they didn't sell spokes, only wheels with Wheelsmith spokes....
Since BikeWagon is the only store where I can buy spokes in the amount I need (not only...
I want the Ibis to be built up completely with USA parts, so the spokes should be Wheelsmith's...
Can anyone send 'm to Europe for me ?
...or does anyone know where to buy 'm in Europe ?
Perhaps an other thread already exists for this 'problem'..., but  I haven't checked RetroBike for a while..
...but I'm back... couldn't resist the addictive old habbit and hope to finish my '95 Ibis eventually...
I was on my way to check out on the site of Bikewagon for a bunch...
Re:
Ian reacted to my 'wanted' and after a swift mailing-ping-pong the goods were on it's way to my home.
Easy doing business with him... and goods are as he discribes 'm.
Thanks for the rims Ian !!
...for this dust-gathering project I'm still in search of some 1995/1996 USA-made 32h GREEN rims... I'm hoping to get in touch with one of you to sell me some Sun CR17A's in green...
ps: don't metion the V-brakes on the pic... I have some Joe's canti's to get the hand job grabbing the cable...
...the closest to XTR thumbies I've ever seen where these Paul/DuraAce things made by a friend for his lightweight project.... 10 speed and under 100g...
