@gibbleking i sometimes get dry skin, not too bad though, i didn't have chemo so i can't comment on any side effects. hope you're doing ok though

part number HUB436, i do Hope orders quite often, i can get you one it's £3.15 . . . for a 2mm spacer!

looks to me like you haven't pushed the freehub body on all the way, at the bottom of the freehub there is a plastic seal ring, sometimes black sometimes green, these pop back in to the shell, Hope do a specific tool to help locate that part, it can be done without it but it's easier with the...

@gibbleking great news. i have a check up catscan in a couple of weeks, hopefully nothing shows up on that, basically feel ok, funny twinges in the operation area every now and then but that's it.

so i just bought a Nickel P7, need a rigid fork ideally, would be good to get an F7, would aslo be good if it was ahead, threaded will be fine though. will also consider any 1" suspension fork that works. to fit a 19" frame so i think threaded would beed to be 165mm, ahead maybe 185mm

@BerthaPog that's a good comparison on weight, i suppose a steel 26" bike, (assume rigid?) 26lbs was pretty reasonable, so to have a bike with 150mm suspension fork, that's usually aimed at much more aggressive riding than xc, as in enduro etc i think that's pretty good weight for the kilahonzo...

another little update, was at a trade show a couple of weeks ago, a rep was showing me a set of FSA carbon wheels, offered me a good price, i decided to go for them because when i fitted the industry 9 wheels the weight of the bike went up, largely because of the tyres, so he twisted my arm...
