Giant frame serial numbers

A bit new for retro thread, I've just been in receipt of a lovely Giant TCR composite frame from I'm guessing early 2000's. Anyone have a clue about serial number ID so I can pinpoint it's birthday?

Put "Giant" in the title, frame numerology is extremely brand-centric, you'll need some GiantHeads to assist

Not sure about newer Giants, but the third digit of the serial number used to be the last digit of the production year. (The first digit being a 'G' for Giant, the second a letter to indicate the production fortnight.)
