What is rear spacing? Is their holes for head tube badge? Is their markings or numbers on the BB shell? Is it for nutted rear brake or recessed? Looks to be late 70's / early-mid 80's.

Gipiemme and Columbus made/marketed a full range of frame building parts, including brake bridges, dropouts, BB shells, fork crowns etc. So the appearance of the name does not mean anything. more photos really are needed to say anything more. However, usually columbus dropout means a Columbus tubeset like SL was used.

Head tube lugs look like Prugnat.

Good evening I have some more photos if anyone could help identify my frame thanks

Hmmm.... interesting. Looks like a serial number on the dropout. Hard to read it; 1881?

No cable guides on top of bottom bracket shell with and downtube shifter bosses means its likely late 70's/1980's. The Gipiemme stamped bridge is typically late 70's/80's.

No holes for head tube badge meaning a transfer was used.

Mudguard eyes don't appear on many italian or continental made frames, more of a British thing. It might be a Harry Quinn... i've seen him use the same head lugs and they used a transfer head tube badge, but i'm sure they put the serial number on the BB not the dropout. Harry Quinn made short wheelbased machines... does it have a short wheelbase? with mudguard eyes probably not.
